Proceeds of oil well control insurance policy purchased by Chapter 11 debtor, to provide coverage to debtor, as named insured, for expenses incurred in relation to oil well blowouts, including costs to extinguish fires and to regain control of well, were included in “property of estate,” and did not have to be paid over to third parties that provided services to stop blowout and clean up its after-effects; these third parties, none of which had insisted that debtor obtain “loss payee” endorsement in their favor prior to commencing work, had no interest in policy proceeds and would be paid merely as unsecured creditors under debtor’s plan. In re Equinox Oil Co., Inc. 300 F.3d 614 C.A.5 ( La. ),(2002).
