“District court had jurisdiction over appeal irrespective of whether bankruptcy court’s injunction was issued under the Bankruptcy Code’s automatic stay provision or the section of the Code authorizing the court to issue any order necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of title 11; if issued under the former statute, the court would have jurisdiction on the ground that the automatic stay is analogous to a permanent injunction, and if issued under the latter statute, the order would be appealable as a final injunction of limited duration.”  In re Calpine Corp.365 B.R. 401S.D.N.Y, 2007.
