Contract by which public utility district had engaged corporate promoter to perform various services in connection with promotion of a contemplated bond issue was a “personal services contract” notwithstanding corporate nature of the promoter, and where contract was executory on date that petition was filed to have promoter adjudicated an involuntary bankrupt, contract did not vest in trustee and the trustee could not recover funds which had been paid over out of the promotion fee by the promoter to an engineering firm hired by the promoter to perform an engineering feasibility study for the promotion.
