11 USCA section 541 and section 522 of this title allowing individuals who receive social security benefits to file for relief as individuals with regular income did not impliedly repeal, section 407 of Title 42, and thus Social Security Administration could not be compelled to pay to trustees in bankruptcy benefits due such individuals. In re Buren, 725 F.2d 1080, certiorari denied 105 S.Ct. 87, 469 U.S. 818, 83 L.Ed.2d 34 (C.A.6 (Tenn.) 1984).
